Abreu has been an active PAN member since 1981. From 1985 to 1988 he was member of the Chamber of Deputies. From 1998 to 2001 he served as municipal president of Merida. Abreu served in the cabinet of Governor Patricio Patron Laviada as Secretary of Social Development. Xavier O'Callaghan

Xavier OCallaghan Ferrer is a Spanish handball player who competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics and in the 2004 Summer Olympics. He was born in Barcelona. In 2000, he won a bronze medal with the Spanish team. He played three matches and scored five goals. Four years later he finished seventh with the Spanish national team in handball in the Olympic games 2004. He played six matches and scored eight goals.


Xavier Usel

Usel was born in Aosta. His first professional team was Alessandria, he made his professional debut in the 2017–18 season, on 20 March 2018 against Carrarese, coming in as a substitute for Gianluca Nicco in the 74th minute. On July 13, 2019, he joined Fiorenzuola on the loan. The loan was terminated by mutual consent on 11 September 2019.
