The Ohio 13th congressional district election, 2006 was an election for the United States House of Representatives. It was an open seat because Democratic incumbent Sherrod Brown ran for the U.S. Senate. The primaries were on May 2, 2006, and were won by Democrat Betty Sutton, a former State Senator, and Republican Craig L. Foltin, the mayor of Lorain, Ohio.
