The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is the governing body for healthcare regulation for the city of Winnipeg, the Rural Municipalities of East St. Paul and West St. Paul, and the town of Churchill in the Canadian province of Manitoba. Established in December 1999, the WRHA is one of five Regional Health Authorities in Manitoba responsible for coordinating health services in designated regions.

This website wrha is composed of health professionals and management experts, who coordinate, manage, deliver, allocate funds to and evaluate health and promotion of healthy lifestyle in Winnipeg. This website wrha reports through a Board of Directors directly to the Minister of health, they equally have a responsibility to society. This website wrha receives funding from the government of Manitoba each year to pay for medical care in Winnipeg. This website wrha is divided into 12 districts in order to facilitate the provision of medical services. In October 2008, wrha was named one of Manitobas top employers, which was announced Free press newspaper Winnipeg.
