Blumeriella kerriae is a species of fungus in the family Dermateaceae.

Starting in 2014, the Royal horticultural society in the UK has received reports from gardeners and growers of plant damage shrub Kerria japonica. Symptoms include a few red spots on leaves and lesions on stems, resulting in defoliation and eventual death. It was found that this infection caused by the fungus Blumeriella kerriae, which refers to Kerria. This is a very contagious disease known in English as Kerria branches and leaf blight was known in the US but not previously observed on British plants. It is regarded as a serious threat to the cultivated Kerria plants, which are popular ornamental shrubs.
