The 1940 United States presidential election in Oregon took place on November 5, 1940, as part of the 1940 United States presidential election. Oregon voters chose five representatives, or electors, to the Electoral College, who voted for president and vice president.

Oregon defeated incumbent President Franklin D. Roosevelt D–NY, works with the Minister of agriculture Henry A. Wallace, with 53.70% of the votes, against Wendell Wilkie R–Indiana, is working with the minority leader and Oregon Senator Charles L. Macnee, with 45.62% of the vote.

As the presidential election of 2016, this is the last time the County Park malheur voted for the presidential candidate of the Democratic party.
