Saint-Agapit is a municipality in the Municipalite regionale de comte de Lotbiniere in Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Chaudiere-Appalaches region and the population is 4 137 as of 2015. It is named after Pope Agapetus I.

Saint-Agapit in the city of Anaheim ducks forward Antoine Vermette, who brought the Stanley Cup to the city in July 2015 after a win, playing for Chicago. Director Richard Royce childhood in Saint-Agapit was the inspiration for his autobiographical film in 2011, shiver-de-Colleen.
