The 2016 United States presidential election in Oklahoma was held on November 8, 2016, as part of the 2016 United States presidential election in which all 50 states and the District of Columbia participated. Oklahoma voters chose electors to represent them in the Electoral College via a popular vote pitting the Republican Partys nominee, businessman Donald Trump, and running mate Indiana Governor Mike Pence against Democratic Party nominee, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her running mate, Virginia Senator Tim Kaine.

On March 1, 2016, the presidential primaries, Oklahoma voters expressed their preferences for the Democratic and Republican parties candidates for President. Registered participants each participant can only vote in their party primary, and independent voters can only vote in the Democratic primary.

Oklahoma was Republican-leaning state since 1952, and a stronghold of the Republicans since 1980, with no signs of weakness since 2000. Donald trump won the election in Oklahoma to 65.3% of the vote. Hillary Clinton received 28.9% of the vote. Considered safe Republican States, Oklahoma voted Republican in fifteen of the last sixteen elections. He was also one of two States where trump has won every County, another West Virginia. It also marked the fourth consecutive election in which the Republican candidate carried every County in the state.

Gary Johnson, the candidate of the libertarian party became the first third-party candidate to achieve ballot access in Oklahoma since 2000. He received 5.75% of the vote, the highest percentage for a third person in the state since the days of Ross Perot in 1996. He was the only third party candidate to successfully file for ballot access in Oklahoma.
