List of adult animated television series

This is a list of adult animated television series ; that is, animated programs originally targeted towards audiences aged 13 and over in mind. Mature animation is comparatively rare in North America and Europe, as animated series are culturally expected to be created for children. This list does not include Japanese, Chinese, or Korean series, as mature animation is much more common in these regions.

List of animation studios

The following lists of animation studios presents current and former organizations similar to artists studios but principally dedicated to the production and distribution of animated films. Such studios may be actual production facilities or corporate entities. The countries with the most listed, active studios, are Japan, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and South Korea, but studios are found across all continents.

Animatricks

Animatricks is annual animation festival taking place in Helsinki every April. The organization behind the festival was formed in 1999 and the first Animatricks festival took place in 2000. Animatricks is the only film festival in Finland, that concentrates purely on animation. The festival program consists yearly of Finnish as well as international compilations of films and screenings put together to fit the festivals ever changing themes. The Animatricks festival also includes a yearly competition where the best international animation is awarded with 3000 euros.

This list does not include animated short films and videos that were shown on television variety shows, such as "The Ambiguously Gay Duo" on Saturday Night Live and "Dr. N!Godatu" on The Tracey Ullman Show.
