Scrobipalpa samadensis, the bucks-horn groundling, is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found in most of Europe and Russia.

The wingspan is 13-15 mm. Adults were recorded on the wing from June to August.

The larvae feed on Plantago coronopus, Plantago lanceolata and Plantago Maritima. Young larvae mine the leaves of their host plant. Mine has the form of a short, narrow gallery, made in young leaves. Older larvae bore in the roots of their host plant. The larvae have a yellowish-white body with salmon colored line length and black-brown head. Larvae of leaf miner can be found in autumn. They overwinter in the larval stage in the roots.
