The 1936 United States presidential election in Montana took place on November 3, 1936. Voters chose four representatives, or electors to the Electoral College, who voted for president and vice president.

Montana overwhelmingly vote for Democrats, President Franklin Roosevelt, over the Republican nominee, Governor of Kansas, Alf Landon. Roosevelt won Montana by a landslide margin 41.69% and remains a presidential candidate or a single sweep every County in Montana. As the presidential election of 2016 is the last election in which County Beaverhead, sweet grass County, Stillwater County, powder river County, and Fallon County voted for the presidential candidate of the Democratic party.
