Antispila cleyerella is a moth of the family Heliozelidae that is endemic to Japan.

Length of fore wings is 2.8–3.3 mm 0.11–0.13 V. the front wings dark brown with purple reflections. The wings are dark brown. Adults are on wing from late April to early may.

The larvae feed on Cleyera Japonica has. They mine the leaves of their host plant. Mine originally has the shape of a spiral linear mine, but later become a full-depth blotch. Mines and larvae can be found from late March to mid-April. Mature larvae cut out a case in which they pupate.
