Lorain County Transit is the public transportation provider for Lorain County, Ohio. It is a division of the Lorain County Commissioners, and its offices are in downtown Elyria. Robert Wickens, Board Chairman in the 1970s, successfully led the effort to begin fixed route transit service in the county. The current manager of LCT is Richard Enty

LCT worked a total of 13 fixed bus routes, most of which are connected in the transition point near Midway Mall in Elyria County. The secondary hubs of the system was at the center of Elyria and Lorain. The microphone also works connection paratransit services for the three communities Oberlin, Amherst and Avon.

In addition to serving countys different localities, lku Express route connecting the Oberlin international airport Cleveland Hopkins, which can be transferred to rapid transit accident in Cleveland. As of June 1, 2009, LCT has closed this route because of lack of funds. This route was mainly funded by the College of Oberlin. In the autumn of 2005, LCT provides additional services at the airport for College vacations and holidays. In the spring of 2009, this additional service was provided on 47-55 passenger bus owned and operated by Brecksville road.

LCT also provides an Express bus route from Elyria to Cleveland PTA Park and ride lot in Westlake. LCT hopes to extend the route to downtown Cleveland. November 27, 2012, lku added Express route to downtown Cleveland. As at 16 August 2013 LCT to discontinue this route due to low ridership.
