Natashquan is a municipality in Minganie Regional County Municipality, Cote-Nord region, Quebec, Canada. It should not be confused with the adjacent but separate Innu reserve of Natashquan 1.

The municipality is named after the river in natashquan that have already been mapped and named in the 17th century. It is derived from the Inuit language means "where the bear hunting".

In addition to the village of natashquan, the municipality also includes the small community of Pointe-parent 50°0749"N 61°4802"W, located on the river to natashquan directly adjacent to the reserve in natashquan. It is home to some of the houses of fishermen and is served by a post office from 1953 to 1976. Once also known as Pointe du post and the village du post Pointe-parent was named in honor of the priest Pierre clément parents 1733-1784 who served as a missionary in the Tadoussac and Labrador and died in natashquan.
