Jonathan Richardson was an Irish politician. He was a member of the Quaker Richardson family and a relative of James Nicholson Richardson MP and Jonathan Richardson MP.

He was elected member of Parliament for Lisburn in 1853-election after the death of member, Roger Johnson Smith. He did not seek re-election in the General election of 1857, instead of to support the candidacy of his cousin, Jonathan Richardson
