Saint-Armand is a municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec, located within the Brome-Missisquoi Regional County Municipality and the Eastern Townships. The population as of the Canada 2011 Census was 1.248. It is located on the Canada–United States border.

The municipality of Saint Amand village and Philipsburg were United on 3 February 1999 to become the new municipal formation of Saint-Armand.

Philipsburg, Missiskoui first known as Bay, was settled in 1784 and reportedly was the first settlement in the Eastern district. Saint-Armand, formerly known as Moores corners, was the scene of a shooting from Moores corners, battles in the 1837 lower Canada rebellion.
