Sabaila is a municipality in Dhanusa District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, it had a population of 6.860 persons living in 1.246 individual households. Sabaila is one of the strongest municipalities of Dhanusha district.

There is one police station in the district Sabaila, which is located in Sabaila ward no-07. There is the Central market, which is important in 20 villages around it. There is one popular temple named "Durga Mandir" where "Dashain is one of the greatest Hindu festivals," is celebrated in a big way. One thing about this place is the most educated people, and they are technical people, as caretaker, engineer, and professional like CA, doctor, master, doctor of philosophy, its population is about 25.000. There is a mosque where Muslims pray, is close to the local police station of the district. Transportation Sabaila is associated with Janakpur in Kathmandu and affiliated with highway Mahendra Rajmarg, i.e. from West to East. There are 5 public schools and school level to 10 th grade.
