Ottawa–Carleton was a federal electoral district in Ontario, Canada that was represented in the House of Commons of Canada from 1968 to 1988. This riding was created in 1966 from parts of Carleton, Ottawa East and Russell ridings.

It initially consisted of the Eastern part of Ottawa, the village of Rockcliffe Park, the town of Gloucester except for long island and the village of Cumberland.

In 1976, in Ottawa, part of the riding, was revised.

The electoral district was abolished in 1987 when it was redistributed between Gloucester–Carleton, Ottawa South and Ottawa - Vanier in the cavalry.
