ⓘ RHOBTB1

Rho-related BTB domain-containing protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RHOBTB1 gene.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family Ro RAS superfamily of small GTPase. It contains domain GTP-Aza, and the Proline-rich region, a tandem of 2 BTB domains, and a conservative C-terminal region. Protein plays a role in a small GTP-Aza-mediated signal transduction and organization of the system of actin filaments. Alternative transcriptional splice variants have been described.
