Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2B catalytic subunit gamma isoform is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PPP3CC gene.

Calmodulin-dependent protein phosphatase calcineurin, is engaged in a wide spectrum of biological activity, acts as a Ca2 -dependent modifier of phosphorylation status.
