Metalloreductase STEAP1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the STEAP1 gene.

This gene is expressed primarily in prostate tissue and is upregulated in several cancer cell lines. The gene product is a predicted six transmembrane protein and has been shown that the cell surface antigen significantly expressed at intercellular junctions.
