ⓘ HHIP

Hedgehog interacting protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HHIP gene.

This gene encodes a protein similar to the mouse hedgehog interacting protein, a regulatory component of the hedgehog signaling path. Members of the hedgehog family of evolutionary conservative proteins that participate in many fundamental processes in embryonic development, including anteroposterior patterns of limbs and regulation of left-right asymmetry.

  • HHIP - like protein 1 HHIPL1 also known as HHIP 2, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HHIPL1 gene on chromosome 14. It is not significantly
  • GSKIP encoding protein GSK3B interacting protein HHIPL1: encoding protein HHIP - like protein 1 IFI27: encoding protein Interferon alpha - inducible protein
  • hedgehog regulation through LDA mediated by Hh - interacting protein 1 HHIP 1 HHIP 1 also sequesters hedgehog ligands, but unlike PTCH, it has no effect
