NAD transhydrogenase, mitochondrial is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NNT gene on chromosome 5.

NNT gene contains 26 exons and encodes transhydrogenase protein, which is ~109 KDA molecular weight and is involved in antioxidant defense in mitochondria. Two alternative spliced variants, encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
