Menallen Township is a township in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area. The population was 4.205 at the 2010 census, down from 4.644 at the 2000 census. The Uniontown Area School District serves the region.

The town is named after the old variant spelling of Moyallen, County Down, now Northern Ireland.
