Walnut Cove is a town in Stokes County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 1.425 at the 2010 census.

This is the family home of the pharmacy and the walnut Cove Springfest, which attracts many visitors to the area. Festival organizers noted 1889, cities, date of incorporation, but cities roots date back to the mid-18th century, when it was known as the city of a fork. Town fork settlers formed a relationship with Moravia in Bethania and at Bethany on the other side.
